Your community of owners has a lot to say

The beneficiary of our financing will be the community of owners, who will request the loan by virtue of an agreement adopted by simple majority. The Community will act under the representation of its President, who must be duly authorized by a majority agreement of the Board of Owners, such status being accredited with the corresponding minutes.
