      • When you find a grant that interests you, go to the link on the website of the public body to which you are applying for the grant and follow the instructions provided. You can also consult the document with this information in PDF format. Remember that you can resolve your queries at the Rehabilitation Offices of the Autonomous Communities.
      • Each grant has a specific deadline, so it is important that you review the instructions and submit your application within the established deadline.
    • Grants for the rehabilitation of communities of owners are not subject to personal income tax (IRPF).
  • Energy rehabilitation of buildings consists of the set of works carried out on facades, roofs and installations with the aim of reducing their energy consumption by at least 30% and improving their energy rating, obtaining a class A or B.
  • Renovating a building is important to improve its energy efficiency and to increase the quality of life of the people who live there and of society, by contributing to the care of the environment.
  • Aid financed by the European Union's Next Generation European funds can finance between 40 and 80% of building renovation works.

  • Aid financed with the European Union's Next Generation funds can be used for:

    • Improve the insulation of the façade and roof, the state of conservation and the accessibility of the building

    • Renew the windows

    • Change the heating system or reduce air conditioning consumption
