Quality Management (ISO 9001)

The ISO 9001 standard is an international standard that establishes the requirements necessary to implement a Quality Management System (QMS), offering guidelines for a management model. This system facilitates process optimization, customer focus, and continuous improvement by establishing a framework for monitoring, measuring, and analyzing the performance of ICU processes, as well as the resources necessary for their development.

Information Security (ISO 27001)

ISO 27001 is an international standard that establishes the requirements for the implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of an Information Security Management System (ISMS). This system is used to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information. The standard provides a framework for information security that helps UCI effectively identify and manage its information security risks.

Business Continuity Management (ISO 22301)

​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​ISO 22301 is an international standard that establishes the requirements for a Business Continuity Management System (BCMS). This system, through a continuous improvement cycle, establishes the requirements for UCI to continue operating during and after crisis situations, such as natural disasters, cyberattacks, pandemics, armed conflicts, or any other situation that could disrupt its activities.
